Life often feels overwhelming, doesn’t it? Between work, family responsibilities, and the unexpected twists and turns, it’s easy to feel like you’re in the middle of a storm. But take heart—God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).
In those moments when life feels out of control, remember that God’s peace is not dependent on our circumstances. His peace is a gift, available to us when we turn to Him in prayer and trust. Philippians 4:6-7 reminds us:
“Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”
Whatever you’re facing today, I encourage you to pause and spend a moment with God. Talk to Him about your worries, thank Him for His faithfulness, and allow His peace to calm your heart.
May you feel His presence surrounding you this week, reminding you that you are never alone.
In Christ,
Pastor Billy Fowler
